The official website of Pāng (hereinafter referred to as the "PĀNG Website") is owned and operated by Pang Gong Gong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
To protect your rights, please carefully read the following service terms before using any of the services provided by the Pāng Website (https://www.pangscent.com/):

1. These shopping guidelines serve as supplementary terms to the PĀNG Website's user agreement. By using the shopping services of the Pāng Website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the content of these guidelines. These guidelines may be revised and announced on the Pāng Website at any time. The revised content shall take effect upon its announcement. If you disagree with the revised content, you should immediately cease using the shopping services of the Pāng Website.


2. If you are under the age of 20, you must have your parent (or guardian) read, understand, and agree to all the content of these guidelines and any subsequent amendments before you can use or continue to use the services provided by the Pāng Website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). By using or continuing to use the Service, it is presumed that your parent (or guardian) has read, understood, and agreed to all the content of these guidelines and any subsequent changes.


3. The product information on the Pāng Website has been reviewed and uploaded by the Company. The Pāng Website strives to maintain the accuracy of the relevant information, but if there are any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, please contact the Pāng Website's customer service centre, and we thank you for your kidness!



4. When you place an order on the Pāng Website and click to confirm your purchase, you are deemed to have confirmed the product name, price, content, specifications, model, and other relevant information on the webpage, thereby submitting a purchase request to the Company. The transaction content is based on the product name, price, and quantity displayed on the order. After receiving your order, if the Company has any doubts about the transaction, it may refuse the order with proper justification within two working days. However, if you have already made payment, the contract is considered established. The Company reserves the right to set a quantity limit per order for specific products. If a consumer places an order exceeding the set limit, the Company will only process and ship the quantity within the limit. In the event of a pricing error, to maintain good business reputation, the Company will process the payment and shipment according to the displayed price. However, if a consumer knowingly takes advantage of a pricing error or if the discrepancy between the erroneous price and the general market price is significant, such a demand to fulfil the order at the erroneous price may constitute an abuse of rights, and the Company reserves the right to refuse the order.



5. When ordering multiple products and paying by credit card, the Company may obtain separate authorisations for each order from the bank. However, due to issues such as insufficient credit card limit or system factors, the Company may not be able to obtain authorisation for all products ordered. In such cases, the Company may only process the portion of your order that has been successfully authorised. If you still need the remaining products, please place a new order. If your order includes cross-product discounts, or full-amount/item discounts, the Company will consider the entire order authorisation to have failed, and you will be required to choose an alternative payment method.



6. After completing the product ordering process, the Company will automatically send an email to the email address you provided, notifying you that your order request has been received.



7. Once the transaction details are confirmed, payment is completed, and stock is available, the Company will arrange for shipment as soon as possible. In the event of out-of-stock items or other unforeseeable delays, the Company will contact you promptly. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. You may check your order details at any time under "Order Details," including payment, ordering, and shipping information.



8. To protect your rights, you may cancel your order at any time before the Company dispatches it (except for customised products that have already been manufactured). If your order includes cross-product or full-amount/item discounts, the entire order must be cancelled or returned if you wish to cancel or return any item.



9. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Company offers a seven-day "appreciation period" (not a trial period) from the date of receipt for product returns. Please note that products must be returned in their original condition, including the main product, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, and any gifts.



10. The following circumstances may affect your return rights:


  • Damage to packaging, removal of seals, tags, or labels, or other alterations that do not affect your inspection of the product.
  • Any damage, loss, or alteration to the product beyond the necessary inspection, or damage caused by you.
  • Requests for returns made after the seven-day "appreciation period."

11. Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products: When refund conditions are met, the Company will process the refund. For online credit card payments and related refund instructions, please refer to the "Returns and Refunds" section.


12. By using the Pāng Website, you agree to electronic documents as a form of communication. The Company will use the email address or mobile number you provided in your account as the method of delivering notifications. If the Company is unable to deliver due to incorrect, outdated, or otherwise invalid information provided by you, the notification is considered delivered.



13. The Company will protect your personal information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. For details, please refer to the "Privacy Policy."



14. Upon discovering unauthorised use of your account or password, the Company will immediately cease processing transactions related to the compromised account. 

15. The Company ensures that the computer systems used in transactions provide a level of security that meets reasonable expectations.


16. If the Company is legally or contractually obligated to compensate or indemnify you, the maximum liability of the Company shall be limited to the actual amount received in the disputed transaction. The Company is not responsible for any other damages (e.g., indirect losses) arising from the transaction.



17. In the event of any ambiguity in these shopping guidelines, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer shall apply.


18. The service descriptions on the Pāng Website form part of these shopping guidelines. For matters not covered by these guidelines, please refer to the Website's terms of use, individual product page descriptions, and other service instructions.



19. These shopping guidelines, including their interpretation and application, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China and adjudicated by the Kaohsiung District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
