In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), you are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period (not a trial period) starting from the date you receive the product. During this time, you may request a return at any point. To protect your rights, please ensure that the returned item remains in its original condition — this includes the main product, all accessories, inner and outer packaging, accompanying documents, and any free gifts.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive the returned product in its complete and original condition, and verify that everything is in order, we will process your refund within seven business days.
Please note that the following circumstances may affect your return eligibility:

The product has been unsealed, damaged, or had its packaging (e.g., box, seal, tag, sticker, or label) removed for reasons not necessary for inspection.

The product has been damaged, lost, or altered due to personal factors or other causes attributable to you.

Your return request is made after the seven-day cooling-off period has expired.

If your return causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold (e.g., NT$1,000), we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
- Scent Card sample are experience items and are non-returnable.
- If the return is due to product defects, incorrect items, or damage attributable to the seller, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or scent preference), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to customized products made specifically according to your request.
